Immune Boost

I love my work. I love my clients. I’ve found it important to do whatever I can, to help keep my immune system running strong.

Here’s a list of healthful ways to help strengthen your immune system.

Nutrition & Exercise

Green juice daily and lots of water ~ to stay hydrated

Bone broth – a staple for me 365 days of the year. If you haven’t tried bone broth, with all the nourishing, and immune-strengthening benefits it brings, now’s the time to get on the bone broth bandwagon.

Bellicon Trampoline Rebounding Exercise – increases the lymphatic system flow, helping your body flush out toxins and impurities. You’ll also be giving your metabolism, which slows with age, a nudge and boosting your immune system. When you’re stressed, your immune system can take a knock. While it’s almost impossible to avoid life’s pressures, bouncing on a rebounder is a natural form of stress relief. Plus you can get your own mini trampoline, and bounce in the comfort of your own home!

Supportive Supplements

2000 ml Vitamin D ~ Sufficient levels of Vitamin D reduce your risk of infectious disease by strengthening your innate immune system. Vitamin D turns on key peptides in your immune system that trigger a strong anti-microbial response, allowing you to quickly and effectively fight off invaders before they can develop into a full-blown infection.

2000-4000 ml Vitamin C ~ Spread out throughout the day ~ Vitamin C is one of the biggest immune system boosters of all. In fact, a lack of vitamin C can even make you more prone to getting sick.

Orenda Immune ~ Key ingredients:

  • Beta 1, 3 Glucans ~ Supports the immune system by connecting directly with receptors on circulating immune cells to promote their activity.

Total Radiance Immune Strengthening Treatments

Myopulse Facial Rejuvenation ~ Yes the treatment is beautifying and you get a wonderful lift. Myopulse Facial Rejuvenation also enhances cellular reproduction and promotes homeostasis in the body. It has been used for immune system inefficiency, detoxification, wound healing, muscle injuries old and new, and much more. Most clients fall asleep during the treatment and when they are done feel like they’ve been away on a mini-vacation.

Gua Sha ~ In addition to the beautifying benefits, studies have shown Gua Sha treatments can up-regulate the innate and adaptive immune functions of the skin and boost the response against microbes. Clinical trials have shown that gua sha stimulates the production of heme-oxygenase-1, an antioxidant that is part of the anti-inflammatory cascade. This has a wide-ranging relevance, as many illnesses include an inflammatory response. Clients report deep relaxation, and or an energized or elated feeling after treatments.

Facial Reflexology ~ Our body is energetic. Working with facial reflexology points, support our body to regain balance and return to homeostasis.
